Evaluación del efecto ixodicida de extractos botánicos sobre garrapata Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus

Las garrapatas han afectado negativamente la producción bovina, provocando grandes pérdidas económicas; debido al uso indiscriminado de productos químicos desarrollado resistencia, obligando a búsqueda alternativas control, presentándose interés en investigar las propiedades acaricidas especies vegetales, el objetivo del estudió fue determinar eficacia extracto natural Phytolacca bogotensis y Alnus alcuminata control in vitro garrapata adulta Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus. El método empleado para elaboración los extractos plantas analizadas extracción caliente “Soxhlet”, se evaluaron metabolitos secundarios mediante pruebas cualitativas. Se expusieron adultas técnica inmersión puros diluciones. A 24, 48, 72 96h post-exposición, evaluó mortalidad tomándose como mínimo eficaz una 60%. P. bogotensis, mostró efectividad con puro dilución 1:2 A. no supero mortalidad. observó que mayor microplus, constituyéndose fuente principios activos contribuyan descubrimiento ixodicidas origen natural.
